Step 1

Open Microsoft Outlook Express
Note: If it is the first time you have opened Outlook Express, you may be presented with a wizard to setup your email: If so, skip to Step 4.

Step 2

Click on Tools in the menu bar, then click on Accounts

Step 3

Click on the Add button, then click on Mail...

Step 4

In the Display name: field, type in your full name, then click Next

Step 5

In the E-mail Address field, type your email address as per your cPanel setup or as provided by us
       ie. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it Then click Next

Step 6

    * Select POP3 for My incoming mail server is a menu item
    * In the Incoming mail (POP3) server: field, type This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
    * In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: field, field, type your ISP's eg mail.bigpond.com, then click Next

Step 7

    * In the Account name: field, type in your full email address
    * In the Password: field, type in the password as per your cPanel setup or as provided by us for the
       above username

Step 8

Click on the Finish button to complete the setup process.


Step 9

To send and receive emails, click the Send/Receive button.



Once you have completed these steps Microsoft Outlook Express is now configured for use.
