Step 1

Open Microsft Outlook XP
Please Note: If it is the first time you have loaded Outlook XP, you may be presented with a wizard to setup your email. If so, skip to Step 4.

Step 2

Click on Tools in the menu bar, the click on Email Accounts

Step 3

Select radio button Add a new e-mail account, then click Next

Step 4

Select radio button POP3

Step 5

    * In the Your Name field, type in your full name
    * In the E-mail Address field, type your email address as per your cPanel setup or as provided by us
       ie. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
    * In the Incoming mail server (POP3): type This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
    * Outgoing mail server (SMTP): field, type your ISP's eg mail.bigpond.com
    * In the User Name field, type in your full email address
    * In the Password field, type in the password as per your cPanel setup or as provided by us for the
       above username
    * Once completed, click Next

Step 6

Click on the Finish button

Step 7

To send and receive emails, simply click on the Send/Receive button.

Once you have completed these steps Microsoft Outlook XP is now configured for use.
